Parking at our home is often available and there is street parking. 5 minute walk to The Green with two shops, pubs and restaurants. Splendid walks, cycling, golf, tennis. Chichester and Portsmouth close by.

Our guest bedroom is a little quirky and quite charming. The house is on 3 levels and has a lovely feel to it. The bedroom has a variety of teas available and coffee.

Interaction with Guests

We are happy to chat, share our knowledge of the area and generally to enjoy finding out about our travellers. Herb is a local boy so knows the area inside out and should be able to help with any questions, especially cycling routes!
I am Scottish and Herb is mainly English and we will be present at the listing when guests stay.
We have two cats, Bramble and Marmalade.

The Neighbourhood

We are 10 minutes from the coast which I love and it’s a 5 minute walk to our golf club.
The village is lovely and we are a short walk from The Green- where it all happens!   There are 2 excellent local shops. Walking in the area is a pleasure as is cycling.
There are 3 pubs and 4 eating places; a Harvester, The Robin Hood and The Castle Inn serve food. Also the cafe- Tea on the Green serves food.
